About S.N. Mornington
Life commentary from one overcaffeinated wife, mother, and cat lady who hopes to make others laugh and feel that they are not alone when it comes to mental health and medical issues. S.N. Mornington has a B.A. in Psychology and will be graduating with a B.A. in Creative Writing in September 2026. She resides in Michigan with her family including her husband and their three sons. S.N. has a passion for people and their stories, receiving them without judgment, but rather with an understanding of the human condition. She has often been a voluntary medical advocate for friends, family and animals. S.N. has worked in the medical field for twenty-two years. In 2014, S.N. published an article for Magnus Health titled, Sleep and Social Media. When writing fiction, she often writes in the Crime, paranormal and horror genres, sometimes interweaving them.
While she has no published stories yet, she is currently writing some of her own non-fiction stories focusing on tragedy, grit, resilience and dark humor. Her goal is to get her master’s in clinical psychology to help others who have experienced trauma and continue writing. Soon S.N. plans to publish her memoirs and stories regarding her own life experiences. She is seeking representation. When she is not working or studying, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading Historical non-fiction, practicing Transcendental Meditation and the Wim Hoff method.
